Mr. Vittorio received his BS Degree in Geology/Geophysics from the University of Pittsburgh (’84) and an MS Degree in Geology from Lehigh University (’88). He has over 34 years of practical experience in the environmental consulting industry, with specialized knowledge in water resources, site investigation and remediation, landfills, mining, and karst. Lou serves as an expert on matters related to USTs/ASTs, pipelines, sinkhole cause and mitigation, landfill hydrogeology, quarry dewatering, asbestos injury, and water resource exploration and use. He is the past President of the Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists (PCPG) and a current board member with the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA). Using his expertise, Lou has developed and taught professional development courses and has been invited to give presentations to, industry groups, professional associations, and government entities. Lou is a licensed Professional Geologist in several states and currently resides in Bucks County, PA.
